Built for local business
A place for the shops the neighborhood already trusts.
List the work you do and the towns you serve. Before a shop can be referred, Clark’s checks a photo ID in your name, plus the street address, phone, and email. Listing is free once that account is verified. If no KeyKeeper is enrolled in a state, the owner pays Clark’s a $49 finder’s fee plus the price you name. You negotiate that price. Clark’s pays you after you show the work is done.
The work
- Meet a plumber, locksmith, or painter
- Storm and vacancy walk-through
- Lockbox and key handoff
- Porch, mail, and trash after a trip
- Be there when a new tenant gets the keys
