What people pay
Membership for owners. A packet fee for tenants. Ads for companies.
The fee between two owners, or between an owner and a local shop, is theirs to agree. Clark’s Out of Town Landlord does not take a percentage of that work.
What membership is for
Membership is for landlords and estates. It opens your private account and the introductions. It is not property management, and it is not a background check. The local landlord’s visit and the handyman’s invoice are agreed between you.
Your own private page
Add the property, send your ID, and run the account from a phone or a computer.
A landlord in that town
Ask a verified landlord for a porch check, a storm walk-through, a lockbox, or to meet a contractor. You agree the fee with them.
Local handymen
Post a job to handymen and small businesses who list at no charge. You agree the price. Membership does not pay their invoice.
A landlord number
Share a number like 1001-1. The applicant pays the $35 packet, and the ID and answers come back to your account.
Owner or estate
Enrollment is free for 7 days. After that, a credit card has to be on file and the plan bills automatically. These rates are only with a card on file.

Tenant packet
$35
paid by the applicant, once
The owner shares a landlord number, like 1001-1. The applicant signs in, pays, and the packet arrives on that desk. It is the owner’s packet, not a criminal search or a credit report.

A small shop adds a trade, a town, and a rate. Jobs come from owners in that area. You agree the price with them.
Larger companies pay to be seen.
Pick a package, then apply. A card is not charged on this site yet. The amount is confirmed and held for when payments are connected.
